Functionality in perfection - our FPCplus Mechatronics processes

Depending on the application and available space, our flexible printed circuits can be combined with diverse materials and substances. With the pre-assembly of various application-specific adhesive systems, the flexible circuit board can be easily and permanently bonded with many different materials. Desired stiffening effects can be realized by using carriers made of plastic or aluminum bonded to the FPCs. This, for example, might be necessary for the protection of soldered electronic components or to achieve a defined heat dissipation.


enmech has an extensive portfolio and expertise in the field of encapsulation. All electronic components or critical material transitions can be reliably protected with glop top or hot melt dispensing technology from corrosive environmental influences. For particularly high demands in terms of moisture protection enmech employs 2K potting compounds.







By mounting our flexible circuits onto plastic or metal carriers we create for you complete modules which can easily be assembled to other components. Alternatively enmech uses the proven technology of hot staking. You have extremely high tolerance requirements regarding the alignment of the flexible printed circuit on the carrier? enmech is capable to drill, punch or laser holes in very precise reference to electro-optical components, such as LEDs.






After mounting the flexible circuit onto plastic substrates, these may be welded together by us using ultrasonic welding equipment. enmech applies also ultrasonic welding to connect the thin copper structures of the flexible printed circuits with solid copper or aluminum busbars. As a reliable and long-term alternative for soldering or welding we also provide riveting technology.

At the end of the production of all our product lines we employ an extensive optical, mechanical and electrical end test. Our labelling and tracking systems provide comprehensive and reliable traceability.
