Intigrated electronics - our FPCplus processes

Our mechatronic modules based on flexible printed circuits can be electrically connected to any other electrical applications by means of plugs and/or sockets. The actual contacts needed for this are being crimped individually to the FPC by enmech in a permanently monitored and automotive approved process. In contrast to the simultaneous termination of contacts, our method guarantees a highly reliable and gas-tight electrical crimp. The assembly of (sealed) housings completes the scope of interconnection features.


A major advantage of our mechatronic products based on flexible printed circuit technology is the integration of electrical components. Almost every electrical (LEDs, resistors, transistors, coils, ASICs, etc.) as well as mechanical / optical (lenses, etc.) and SMD components can be applied by enmech to the flexible printed circuits. Besides laser soldering enmech has several fully automated latest generation pick and place reflow lines. Our 3D solder paste inspection ensures optimum soldering quality before the actual soldering process is starting. For smaller production quantities or special applications manual soldering or bar soldering processes will support your needs.



Every by enmech produced part on the reflow line is going through an automatic optical inspection (AOI) process to ensure perfect quality. Our flexible circuits with SMD components are being monitored by in-circuit tests for routing, soldering and component failure. Our traceability system ensures full traceability of all components and manufacturing steps.
